i had brilliantly forgotten my SD card for my camera. so today, i hunted down a Best Buy to pick up another one. the Florida Mall was right across the street from Best Buy, so after my Best Buy fix we headed over there where my mom hit Nordstrom’s to her delight. its a pretty big mall and after walking around for about 15 minutes i started to realize that i’m practically the only asian around (other than the ones behind the asian fast food places at the food court). i did eventually see some asians there but it was probably around eight of them. so weird! as my mom and i got ready for church, my dad when to the main office to sort out our reservation status. as it turned out, Celebrity Resorts had just purchased the Lake Buena Vista location and is in the process of renovating. they had thus moved our reservation over to the Orlando location (which is about 5 minutes away) because there rate of renovation wasn’t as they had anticipated. so we made the arrangements to move over there and packed up our stuff as we headed to church. today, was the day of flights and connecting flights. there really isn’t much to tell other than the fact that since we were heading eastward, we lost time real fast. normally, i rarely get bored. but when it comes to flying, i need to do one of three things: 1) read, 2) watch a in-flight movie(s), or 3) sleep (if option 1 or 2 are unavailable). so i brought two magazines with me as countermeasures of boredom. i found it difficult to sleep since our connecting flights are between 2 to 3 hours in duration. our flights were 1) san jose to dallas, 2) dallas to miami, and 3) miami to florida. by the time we reached miami i had completed my two magazines. but that was okay for the third flight was about 40 minutes. tonight my family and i are packing to get ready for our florida trip. its been a long time since my family and i went on a family vacation so i’m looking forward to just hanging out with them. i don’t think there’s a set itinerary which i think we’re going to figure out on the flight over. the last time we were in florida was when the epcot center was just being built. it would be nice to check it out when we’re there.

its 4:20a and i’ve spent the better part of the evening till early morning redesigning and implementing version 2 of my website. i’m almost done… relatively. but when i am i can say, “look ma, no tables!” haha.
